I JUST PRESSED PLAY; SOUNDS VERY GOOD…DEEP SOUL HOUSE!! NIICEE!!
WE ALL GREW UP WITH THE LIKES OF U2 & THE 80′S MOVEMENT…BLESSINGS!!
Very nice
Fred Falke ftw.
Got to say I wasn’t expecting to like any of the mixes, but the Wonderland remix had me hooked and haunted after about 32 bars.
Great Stuff
For me, it’s a good toss up between the Fred Falke and Dave Aude Remixes but the Alex K Remix is a close 2nd.
Love the Pete Tong…island vibes in the main room!
dave aude mix is the best uptempo mix – really well produced and a euphoric equivalent to the original. redanka mix is also in the same basket – very much like falke’s funky deep house take and the wonderland mix is a cool, underground minimal shuffler that is hooky and moreish.
adam k & soha mix is good for those who love deadmau5
Gonna have to go with the fred falke remix first choice. Nice build from stripped down to full blown ethereal magnificence (pun intended. Magnificient is signature U2 here, and the remixes managed to capture that sound probably to their detriment. Kinda was hoping to hear a bit more diversity in the mixes (little deep soul here, bit hard funk there, somethin chillout down deep etc), thats not to say they aren’t good mixes, but I can drop anyone and your average joe blow probably wouldn’t notice the difference.
the dave aude mixes seem to add a good club tempo to the original track without compromising it’s integrity.
I have been playing Pete Tongs mix for a bit to good reaction. Thought Id give it a miss recently but have been asked for it each time I played.
